Loved this condo! Great location!! Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants and fast food options! Clearwater beach just down the road , along with many other restaurants and shopping! The condo was very clean, extra spacious, (so nice to have space & not be jammed in a hotel room) loved the covered porch for morning coffee!!! Beds were very comfortable, beautiful upgrades to make it beachy! Very nice gated community, easy to come and go! Very quiet area, peaceful sleep at night! Easy parking right outside the door! Nice touches with all the extras like nice flat screen tv’s and games available too! Beautiful pool easy to access! We absolutely loved staying here and never wanted to leave! We will be back! Thank you for a great experience!

We just booked Cristian and Cristina's condo for the 4th year in a row! We really enjoy staying at the Avalon as our condo is beautifully decorated and roomy, with ample supplies and updated showers, etc. Another plus is that it's a gated property with a pool. There are stores and even a couple restaurants within walking distance. The beach is close by and easy to get to. The owners are always available if needed, making the whole experience very enjoyable.

I highly recommend this condo it is very nice. It was a much larger space then I was expecting and was equipped with a lot of extras. It’s quiet at night also. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are amazing! Super soft! The pool isn’t far away and is very nice. It’s in a convenient location not far from everything including the beach. I will stay again in the future.

The Avalon Royal Dream condo was exactly as shown and described. Everything one could need was thought of, right down to extra power strips. We were a family of five visiting the area for the first time. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and inviting, close to stores, restaurants, the Pineallis Bike Trail, botanical garden and beaches. The pool was great and the grounds well maintained. Beach toys, chairs and a sun umbrella are also available for use. Cristian and Cristina have thought of everything! They were excellent to communicate with. I really appreciated their detailed information which even included pictures and a map. Great hosts! We’d book with them again!

It was a beautiful place! Very clean, awesome decorations. My family and I loved the sea theme going on. Everything was nice and cleaned when we walked in. The beds are very comfy, felt like home. The pool was great! Every time my brother and I went to swim, there was barely anyone there, very spacious and lots of pool chairs. The gym is great too, has a couple of workout machines and weights as well. When we went to the beach there were beach chairs in the room that we were allowed to bring (as long as we bring them back of course). The TV is amazing, almost felt like a 4D experience, we definitely had a bunch of movie nights. The patio was great as well, especially on breezy days. They even have stuff like toys and crib sheets for babies. The only thing that was a little challenge was that there were no elevators in the condo but other than that it was amazing. Such a nice and loving couple, they respond fast and as soon as possible. You could feel the love once you walk into the room! We will definitely be going back in the future. P.S. I love the "dream" decors in the living room, gave me hope for when I apply to nursing school soon! :)
